2012 Estate Pinot Gris
Our Pinot Gris grapes come from vines that are over 24 years old - perfectly mature. The Pinot Gris blocks of the vineyard total 3 acres situated on a southwest-facing slope on Parrett Mountain, just outside of Newberg, Oregon in Yamhill County. The combination of nutrient-rich soils, optimal exposure to sunshine, the northern latitude that makes Willamette Valley, Oregon so much like Burgundy, France, the occasional marine breezes - all combine to provide a terroir that produces outstanding fruit. And all great wine begins with outstanding fruit. Tamu sana!
