2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

Standing on a bluff overlooking the Umatilla River, Echo West Vineyard is a 39-acre planting at 850 feet above sea level. The wind-swept, sun-drenched vines are planted in deep volcanic ash on a southeast slope in Oregon’s Columbia Valley AVA.
